Rachel Lindley

Rachel Lindley​

CO- FOUNDER & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR​

Rachel’s love for dance began at the age of 6. She trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Modern and competed in all styles throughout Canada and the United States. Rachel completed all RAD Ballet exams up to Advanced Level 2.

 

Rachel attended Mayfield Secondary School in the Regional Arts Program for dance. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance and has earned her teaching certification in Acrobatics through the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and has been teaching competitive level dance since 2011. She also holds a certificate in Professional Make up Artistry.

 

Rachel danced for the Toronto Argonauts Cheerleading Team for 3 years and was one of the captains her final year. She had the opportunity to train and choreograph for the team as well as for the Junior Cheer Team and was a part of the Alumni. Working with the Argos opened many doors for Rachel where she had the privilege of performing on various Canadian stages and in music videos with artists such as Ludacris, Bow Wow, Hedley, Cardinal Offishall, Karl Wolf, Brett Kissell & Tim Hicks. And she performed in Miami, Florida with Flo Rida. Rachel was also a part of the performance at the 100th Grey Cup Half Time show in Toronto.  

 

Rachel has danced in the movie Dr Cabbie, filmed in Toronto, along side Actor Vinay Virmani and in Disney’s Further Adventures in Babysitting, filmed in Vancouver, B.C and choreographed by Paul Becker. 

 

Rachel is a well-respected teacher who takes great pride in sharing her love and passion  for dance with her students. She is an educator, mentor and is very nurturing while instilling the importance of hard work, dedication, commitment and accountability in her dancers.

Tearrah Beals Dance Teacher

Tearrah Beals​

INSTRUCTOR

Tearrah began her dance career at the age of 3. She trained in Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Modern, in which she competed in both Canada and the United States.
 
As well as being an accomplished teacher, Tearrah’s professional dance career has seen her appear in Music Videos, Television Shows and Concerts. Her credits include; opening for the Bruno Mars 24k Magic World Tour in both Toronto and Montrèal, a feature in one of Massari’s music videos, and has danced for artists such as Omi- at the MMVA’S, Dean Brody during a Grey Cup half time show, Hedley and Bow Wow. She has also filmed for Bella Dancerella. Tearrah is a graduate of Interior Decorating at Humbers North Campus and during this time was a part of Humber Dance Company where she competed against multiple colleges and universities. She also attended Mayfield Secondary School where she obtained her RAP certificate.
 
Tearrah is experienced in Sports Entertainment as well. In 2013, she landed a spot on the Toronto Argonauts Cheerleading team, where over the course of 5 years, was given the opportunity to become one of the captains, trainers and choreographers. The Argos Cheerleading team provided Tearrah with a lot of opportunities, including attending Pro Action Dance in Las Vegas and performing at 3 Grey Cup events in Toronto, Winnipeg and Ottawa. She has also cheered for the NBL in 2015 and the GT20 cricket tournament in 2019. For the past 2 years she has also gotten the opportunity to choreograph and perform at the Boots and Hearts music festival.
 
With 5 years of teaching experience, she continues to grow as a dancer and teacher. Travelling to LA yearly to learn from top choreographers is something she always looks forward to. She is excited to share her knowledge and is passionate about instilling a love of dance in young individuals, as well as technique and strength for long-term benefits.

BALLET INSTRUCTOR

Katherine has been successfully teaching and entering students for RAD Ballet examinations for over 20 years. She has taught children from the age of 2 to mature adults, and from beginners to Advanced 2. 

As well as Katherine’s RAD qualifications, she has a BFA Honours in Dance from York University. 

Katherine’s method of teaching is simple; in a safe and caring environment, she encourages each student to express themselves through movement and by using positive re-enforcement. This helps them to strive towards their full potential.

Achieving a balance between working hard and enjoying every minute is the ultimate goal!

Amanda began dancing at the age of 3 … and hasn’t stopped since! Training in Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary she has competed in both Canada and the United States. 
 
She is a Cawthra Park Secondary School graduate from the Regional Arts Program for dance. She is also an Associate Member of the British Association Teachers of Dance in Modern and Jazz. 
 
In addition, Amanda has performed with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen in The Nutcracker and continues to take classes In Studio at The National Ballet of Canada. 
 
Amanda loves working with children and watching them progress and grow to love this art form and it will always be the very best part of her lifelong relationship with dance.
