RACHEL LINDLEY
Co-Owner / Artistic Director
Rachel Lindley is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Revival Dance Company, bringing over 15 years of experience in dance education, competitive training, choreography, and mentorship.
Since founding Revival in 2018, Rachel has played an integral role in developing the studio’s competitive and recreational programs and training philosophy, with a strong focus on building technically skilled, versatile, confident, and disciplined dancers.
Rachel’s teaching is rooted in strong technical foundations, intentional training, and an understanding that every dancer develops differently. She believes in challenging dancers while creating an environment where they feel supported, capable, and motivated to grow. Her approach extends beyond learning choreography or achieving competitive results; she strives to develop dancers who understand the value of discipline, accountability, resilience, work ethic, and respect—qualities she believes carry far beyond the studio and stage and into everyday life.
Throughout her career, Rachel has taught dancers of all ages and levels across a wide range of disciplines, with particular expertise in Jazz, Acro, Lyrical, technique, jumps and turns, and conditioning. She is certified through Artistic Dance Educators (ADE) in Jazz and Acro and is qualified to train dance educators through the organization. She also holds Acrobatic Arts certifications in Modules 1 & 2 and Aerial & Back Handspring, as well as BATD certifications in Acro, Tap, and Jazz.
In addition to her work as an educator and director, Rachel has over five years of experience adjudicating competitive dance across Canada. Her background as a teacher, choreographer, competitive director, and industry performer allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to the judging panel, with an emphasis on thoughtful, constructive feedback that dancers and educators can use to continue developing their craft.
At the heart of Rachel’s work is her love for Revival and the dancers who have made the studio what it is today. She considers it a privilege to be trusted with a dancer’s training and is incredibly grateful for every student and family who has chosen Revival, from those who have grown up within its walls and moved on to their next chapter, to the dancers who walk through the doors each week today. Watching students grow not only as dancers, but as people, continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of her career.
Rachel is passionate about continually evolving as an educator and creating meaningful training experiences for the next generation. She is grateful for the teachers and mentors who shaped her own journey and strives to pass those lessons forward, encouraging her dancers to work with purpose, remain curious, and recognize that some of the most valuable lessons learned through dance will stay with them long after they leave the stage.

BONNIE LINDLEY
Co-Owner / Studio Director
Bonnie Lindley is the Cofounder and Studio Director at Revival Dance Company, serving as the executive force behind the studio’s operational success. Bringing a strong business background to the leadership team, she oversees all high-level administration for both the recreational and competitive divisions, while managing the studio’s professional staff.
For Bonnie, Revival Dance Company is about cultivating more than just technical talent. She is deeply committed to building a vibrant community and structuring a studio environment that raises children to be strong, independent, confident, and accountable individuals.
Under her business guidance and leadership, the studio has truly become a second home for dancers and their families, as well as our wonderful, committed staff. At Revival, our door is always open because we want every parent, dancer, and team member to feel heard, valued, and completely supported from the moment they walk in. Bonnie places immense value on family partnerships and takes great pride in the fact that dancers continue to choose and trust the studio year after year.

SHANNON RIDDELL
Administrative Assistant
Shannon Riddell brings over 18 years of experience in administration, coordination, and day-to-day operations. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong background in organization, communication, scheduling, event coordination, and supporting the smooth operation of busy, fast-paced environments.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and friendly approach, Shannon enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes and creating a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.
Shannon is excited to bring her experience and skills to Revival Dance Company and to be part of the RDC team!

DANIEL BORDONALI
Competitive Instructor
Daniel Bordonali is a highly sought-after Canadian dance instructor, choreographer, director, and multidisciplinary creative who has been educating, mentoring, and innovating for over a decade. His professional performance credits include performing live with Avril Lavigne at the MuchMusic Video Awards, television appearances on the hit Canadian series The Next Step and Backstage, and music video work for artists including Tate McRae and Dallas Rodin. Daniel teaches and choreographs throughout the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario, working with dancers and studios to share his knowledge, creativity, and passion for the arts. Daniel specializes in Hip Hop, Jazz, Acro, and Contemporary.
Over the past decade, he has served on the faculty of numerous dance academies throughout Ontario, developing a reputation for challenging dancers technically while encouraging individuality, confidence, musicality, and genuine artistic expression. As an educator, Daniel brings his professional industry experience directly into the room. His approach creates an engaging and inspiring environment where dancers are encouraged to push beyond their comfort zones, explore their own artistic voice, and continue developing both as technicians and performers. His distinct and innovative choreography has also been consistently recognized and awarded at competitions across North America.
Beyond performance and choreography, Daniel works as a freelance creative across directing, video production, filming, editing, and graphic design. This multidisciplinary background gives him a unique understanding of movement, performance, and visual storytelling that continues to influence both his choreography and the way he educates the next generation of dancers!

BIANCA JONES
Competitive & Recreational Instructor
Bianca Jones is a Toronto-based dance educator, choreographer, judge and performer who has been immersed in the dance world since the age of four. Trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro and Hip-Hop, Bianca brings a diverse range of experience and expertise to every class she teaches.
Bianca has been a valued member of the Revival Dance Company team since 2022, teaching and mentoring dancers at both the recreational and competitive levels. Her passion for teaching is rooted in her genuine love for her students and her commitment to helping each dancer discover their own confidence, individuality and love of movement.
Throughout her career, Bianca has received numerous awards, scholarships and special recognitions as both a dancer and choreographer. Her choreography has become a standout at competitions, earning award-winning results, Best Choreography awards, special awards and recognition for her students’ performances. She has a unique ability to create choreography that allows dancers to showcase their individual strengths while developing strong technique, musicality, performance quality and stage presence.
Bianca’s professional performance career includes dancing with the Toronto Raptors Dance Pak, where she performed for thousands of fans at NBA games and events and had the opportunity to choreograph for the team. She also travelled internationally with the organization, including a performance trip to Dalian, China.
As an educator, Bianca is passionate about creating an environment where dancers feel seen, supported and inspired. She takes great pride in getting to know her students, encouraging them to challenge themselves and celebrating their individual growth and accomplishments. Whether working with a recreational dancer discovering their confidence or a competitive dancer preparing for the stage, Bianca brings enthusiasm, energy and a genuine investment in every student’s success.

MINOU HENDRIKX
Ballet Instructor (RAD)
Minou Hendrikx brings more than 30 years of teaching experience to her work as a dance educator, combining extensive classical training with a genuine passion for developing confident, well-rounded dancers. She has been a valued member of the Revival Dance Company faculty since 2023, where she is dedicated to helping each dancer grow both technically and personally.
Minou is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and holds her RAD Teaching Diploma. She also holds teaching certifications in Ballet and Stage with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD) and has completed Advanced Ballet examinations through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), BATD and RAD. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has trained with many respected teachers and professionals throughout her career.
Throughout her extensive career as both a performer and educator, Minou has continued to develop her knowledge and bring a high level of technical expertise to her students. Her approach to teaching is structured, encouraging and highly individualized, with a strong focus on developing sound technique, musicality, artistry, confidence and a genuine understanding of ballet.
Her students consistently achieve excellent results in their RAD ballet examinations, from Primary through Grade 8 as well as Vocational levels from Intermediate Foundation through Advanced 2. Minou takes great pride in preparing each student thoroughly and supporting them throughout the examination process, and her students regularly achieve strong examination results.
Beyond examination work, Minou’s students have experienced significant success on the competitive stage, earning top awards, award-winning routines and high-scoring performances, including Highest-Scoring Soloist awards. Her choreography and training have helped dancers develop the technical foundation, confidence and performance quality needed to excel in a competitive environment.
What truly sets Minou apart is the care and commitment she brings to every student. She takes the time to understand each dancer’s individual strengths, challenges and goals, creating an environment where students feel supported while also being encouraged to challenge themselves and reach their potential. Her dancers benefit not only from her depth of knowledge and experience, but from the encouragement, consistency and personal investment she brings to their training.

JASMINE BEST
Ballet Instructor (PBT)
Jasmine Best is a Ballet Instructor dedicated to helping each student develop their full technical and artistic potential. She is an accredited Ballet teacher certified in Progressive Ballet Technique and Conceptual Dance Education while being a ballet licentiate member of Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association. Born in Mississauga, Ontario she has studied the foundations, progressions and execution of classical ballet techniques for over 18 years. Jasmine found her passion for ballet at the age of 2 and constantly seeks opportunities to advance her proficiency.
Since then, she has gained a solid technical foundation holding a teaching certificate in Vaganova and formally training in the ballet schools of RAD, Vaganova, ABT, and BATD. This has allowed her to prepare (Pre-ballet-vocational level) ballet students for RAD examinations, competitive performances and auditions and post-secondary dance programs. With a passion for choreography, her students have earned placements on World Performers ballet teams, invitations to ballet nationals, roles in pre-professional ballet productions, ballet scholarships, overalls and special awards for performance and technique.
While competing and performing around Canada, she has received high praise for her artistry and performance skills, trained by Lynn Morrison, Natalia Romanova, Amanda Peterson, Evelyn Hart, Kennetha O’Heany and Sabrina Lisi. Jasmine has also trained at Canada’s National Ballet School, and alongside company dancers under Irina Lerman. This has allowed her to perform in the annual Nutcracker with Ballet Jörgen which led her to becoming the first junior international ambassador for Brown Girls Do Ballet. Jasmine has recently been featured as an actress/pointe dancer in Alicia K. Harris’ CBC short film, On a Sunday at 11, and as the white swan walking the runway en pointe in Delcyna’s fall collection at Fashion Art Toronto. Her love for performing inspired her to fuse performance techniques into her ballet classes, aspiring to instill a healthy approach to ballet physically and mentally with her radiant and energetic teaching style.

NAYANA JOHN
Lead Recreational Instructor & Competitive Instructor
Nayana is a Revival Dance Company alumna who began dancing at age three and spent over 11 years training competitively in Jazz, Acro, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Tap. Nayana had the opportunity to attend regional competitions, conventions, and workshops while learning from renowned teachers and choreographers.
During her years as a student at Revival Dance Company, Nayana was recognized for her leadership and dedication both on and off the stage. She completed the RAD repertoire as well as the Advanced Foundation examinations. Throughout her dance career, she was recognized with top overall solo and group awards.
In her final years as a student, she was selected to assist recreational and competitive classes under the mentorship of Rachel Lindley, which sparked her passion for teaching and working with young dancers.
After graduating, Nayana continued to expand her dance education through workshops and professional training, earning her Acrobatic Arts Module 2 certification. She is also HIGH FIVE certified and holds Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification.
Nayana has now been teaching at Revival Dance Company for four years. As the Recreation Team Lead, she plays an important role in supporting the development of RDC’s recreational dancers and teaching team. For the 2026/2027 season, Nayana is excited to expand her role within the studio as a member of the Competitive Team Faculty.
Nayana is passionate about helping dancers develop both their technical skills and confidence. She emphasizes safety, inclusion, creativity, and commitment while encouraging each dancer to find their own passion within dance.

CELIYA MEDEROS
Recreational and Pre-Competitive Instructor
Celiya Mederos began dancing at the age of six, training and competing in a variety of dance styles throughout her years of dance education. She is a graduate of Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, where she studied dance, and is currently attending the University of Toronto, studying Kinesiology. Throughout her competitive career, Celiya has received recognition including a Jump Female VIP award, Candance Toronto recognition, various choreography and Top Routine awards, as well as Entertainment and Trailblazer awards.
She continues to pursue her passion for dance as a member of the University of Toronto Varsity Dance Team, where she choreographs, performs, and competes alongside dancers from post-secondary schools across Ontario.
Celiya has also performed and competed with hip-hop crews and has participated in a variety of performances and shows throughout Toronto, including Fever After Dark, Studio 6, and Doomsday. She continues to expand her training through conventions, workshops, and additional dance programs, always looking for opportunities to grow as both a dancer and an artist.
With experience teaching dancers of all ages, beginning as young as three, Celiya is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation. She genuinely enjoys watching dancers develop their skills, confidence, and individuality, and strives to create a positive and encouraging environment for every student.
Celiya is excited to join the Revival Dance Company Team and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, energy, and passion for dance with both the competitive and recreational students this season!

For the 2026/2027 season, Nayana is excited to expand her role within the studio as a member of the Competitive Team Faculty.
Nayana is passionate about helping dancers develop both their technical skills and confidence. She emphasizes safety, inclusion, creativity, and commitment while encouraging each dancer to find their own passion within dance.
Celiya Mederos began dancing at the age of six, training and competing in a variety of dance styles throughout her years of dance education. She is a graduate of Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, where she studied dance, and is currently attending the University of Toronto, studying Kinesiology. Throughout her competitive career, Celiya has received recognition including a Jump Female VIP award, Candance Toronto recognition, various choreography and Top Routine awards, as well as Entertainment and Trailblazer awards.
She continues to pursue her passion for dance as a member of the University of Toronto Varsity Dance Team, where she choreographs, performs, and competes alongside dancers from post-secondary schools across Ontario.
Celiya has also performed and competed with hip-hop crews and has participated in a variety of performances and shows throughout Toronto, including Fever After Dark, Studio 6, and Doomsday. She continues to expand her training through conventions, workshops, and additional dance programs, always looking for opportunities to grow as both a dancer and an artist.
With experience teaching dancers of all ages, beginning as young as three, Celiya is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation. She genuinely enjoys watching dancers develop their skills, confidence, and individuality, and strives to create a positive and encouraging environment for every student.
Celiya is excited to join the Revival Dance Company Team and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, energy, and passion for dance with both the competitive and recreational students this season!

LOGANNE PEYNADO-AUGUSTE
Recreational Instructor
Loganne Peynado-Auguste is a proud alumna of Revival Dance Company and a 2024 graduate. She began dancing at the age of five and spent nine years training and competing in a variety of dance styles, earning numerous awards and recognition throughout her competitive career.
As a former RDC dancer, Loganne has a strong understanding of the training, commitment, and dedication that go into developing as a dancer. She has also gained experience as a choreographer and leader, creating and assisting with choreography and working with dancers throughout her time in high school and at RDC.
Loganne has been teaching for the past five years through summer camps, drop-in classes, and youth programs, working with dancers ranging from preschool through their teenage years. She has experience teaching a variety of age groups and enjoys creating an encouraging and positive environment where dancers can build their skills, confidence, and love of dance.
Having grown up at Revival Dance Company herself, Loganne is excited to share her experience and passion with the next generation of dancers and looks forward to continuing to grow as an educator and mentor.

GRACE ABDEE
Recreational Instructor
Grace brings 14 years of competitive dance experience and a genuine passion for teaching to Revival Dance Company. Having grown up in the studio herself, she understands the importance of strong foundational training and the positive impact a dedicated teacher can have on a dancer’s development.
Grace has trained extensively across a variety of dance styles, developing a strong foundation in technique, flexibility, strength, conditioning and performance. She has experience teaching Jazz, Tap and Ballet to dancers ages 2–18, with a focus on helping students develop proper technique, body awareness, strength and confidence. She enjoys helping dancers understand not only how to execute a movement, but also how to build the skills and physical foundation needed to continue progressing.
Grace is especially passionate about working with young dancers and children who are new to dance. She understands that introducing technique at an early age should be both structured and enjoyable, allowing dancers to develop strong habits while building a positive relationship with movement. Her patient and encouraging approach helps young dancers feel comfortable as they learn new skills and gain confidence in the studio.
Grace is currently pursuing her education in Concurrent Education at Brock University, with a goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. Her background in both dance and education supports her thoughtful approach to working with children and creating a positive, structured learning environment
